Stephen Danner is a founding member of SFI and brings over 27 years of capital finance experience in aerospace, rail, energy, real estate and general asset based finance.

Prior to the formation of SFI, Stephen served for over 11 years as a Senior Director in the Capital Markets group at CIT (formerly Newcourt Credit Group). While at CIT, Stephen's primary responsibilities involved arranging, structuring, and negotiating financing transactions for the broad airline client base of Commercial Aviation Group at CIT. Prior to joining CIT, Stephen spent 6 years in the structured finance arena with NatWest Markets PLC and Mellon Bank Canada during which he negotiated, structured and financed a large number of debt and lease transactions both domestic and cross-border.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree and a Master of Business Administration from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Stephen is NASD (Series 7, 24 and 63) licensed and registered.

Marty Dugan is a founding member of SFI and a Certified Public Accountant, and brings over 30 years of diversified experience in asset finance, capital structuring, advisory services, and operations management to SFI through various roles with national and international companies. Over the course of his career Marty has lead and/or participated in the structuring and arranging of over $10 billion in equipment and/or enterprise financing and for the past 17 years has specialized in the aviation industry.

Prior to forming SFI in 2006, Marty served for nine years as a Director, Commercial Aviation in the Structured Finance Group of CIT. While at CIT, Marty served as a Senior Advisor to commercial airlines and aircraft manufactures throughout the world, in negotiating aircraft purchase and financing support agreements, arranging aircraft financing, negotiating code share contracts and assisting in enterprise formation and acquisitions. From 1993 through 1996 Marty served as the Founding Chief Financial Officer and a Board Member for Western Pacific Airlines, a publicly traded (NASDAQ), trans-continental, low fare airline. Prior to Western Pacific, Marty worked as a self-employed consultant in collaboration with Arthur Andersen & Co. for a variety of companies and governmental agencies, and as the CFO of Camelback Health Systems (one of the US largest specialty healthcare conglomerates) and as a Senior Staff Accountant in public accounting.

Marty holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton and is actively involved with various charitable and youth sports organizations throughout Phoenix.

Stacey Wilson is a founding member of SFI. Prior to forming SFI in 2006 he was Director of Structured Finance Aerospace with CIT Group and Newcourt Capital in New York. Since 1996, Stacey has served worldwide as lead advisor and financial arranger on behalf of manufacturers of commercial airliners, airlines, and institutional debt and equity investors. Stacey heads the firm's associated Broker Dealer operations-"SFI International LLC" and is NASD (FINRA) registered (Series 7, 63, and 24).
Stacey also holds an MBA with dual majors in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree from the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs where his engineering core studies included aeronautical, astronautical, electrical, mechanical, thermodynamics and propulsion.

As a rated US Air Force Senior Pilot and Operations Officer, Stacey logged over 3500 flying hours in aircraft ranging from the supersonic T-38 "Talon" to the intercontinental, long range, 200 passenger "C-141 Starlifter" jet aircraft. He is a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and his combat support experience includes hundreds of flying hours in the Persian Gulf War and the invasion of Panama. His humanitarian relief missions include commanding deployed operations in support of Somalia, Haiti, and Georgia (former Soviet Union) during the three year Civil War. Stacey also carried a NATO Top Secret Security Clearance (with Special Background Investigation "NATO TS SBI") and was selected to command numerous US State Department missions, Presidential Airlift Support Missions and Nuclear Airlift missions to over 50 countries.

Glen Dimpfel is a member of SFI and brings to the company over 25 years experience in international capital finance obtained through various positions with leading international financial institutions. Prior to the formation of SFI, Glen served for over 8 years as a Director, Commercial Aviation in the Structured Finance Group of CIT where he was primarily responsible for structuring, negotiating and managing debt and lease financing transactions for a multitude of aerospace clients. Prior to joining CIT, Glen had over 7 years of experience in corporate and structured finance, credit adjudication and portfolio management with The Bank of Nova Scotia and National Westminster Bank.

Throughout his career, Glen has been involved in a large number of structured debt and lease financings including asset securitizations, domestic and cross border leasing transactions and corporate loan facilities across a multitude of industries and clients.

Glen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (1990) and a Master of Business Administration (1995) from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Canada.

Angelo Marcato is a member of the SFI team and brings over 20 years of finance experience in aerospace, energy, telecommunications and general corporate and project based finance.

Prior to the formation of SFI, Angelo served for 5 years in the Aerospace, Structured Finance Group at CIT, most recently as a Senior Associate. While at CIT, Angelo's primary responsibilities involved structuring, negotiating and managing financing transactions for the broad airline client base of Commercial Aviation Group at CIT. Prior to joining CIT, Angelo spent 5 years in the Structured and Project Lending Group at BMO Nesbitt Burns during which he was involved in numerous corporate and project financing transactions in a variety of industries for a multitude of clients.

Angelo holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) Degree from the University of Guelph and a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Angelo is NASD (Series 7 and 63) licensed and registered.

Jeremiah White is a member of the SFI team with over 12 years of finance and accounting experience in the transportation and energy sectors.

Prior to joining SFI, Jeremiah was a Senior Associate of the Fortis Securities Corporate Finance and Capital Markets (CFCM) team in New York. Jeremiah assisted in origination and managed the execution of transactions including but not limited to public and private M&A advisory assignments, initial public and follow-on equity offerings, public debt offerings, and bank debt financings for transportation and energy clients.

Prior to Fortis, Jeremiah worked for Lazard Asset Management as a Senior Accountant and for Maersk Sealand's North American Corporate Finance group as an Analyst in the Maersk International Shipping Education (MISE) management training program.

Jeremiah holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance, Accounting and International Business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Jeremiah is NASD (Series 7 and 63) licensed and registered.
